The world is yours for the taking!

Dhoondo Ge Agar Mulkon Mulkon Milne Ke Nahin Nayab Hain Hum

The times are not long gone when the female gender was not even brought into consideration, let alone respected. A daughter born to a certain family was considered a curse. A male, on the other hand, was and is, some say, considered a blessing.

In a male-dominated society such as ours, there has always been a clear need for not only accepting the female gender as equal to that of a male, but also to ensure that equal rights and therefore, equal opportunities and chances be given to females.

From Fatima Jinnah to Benazir Bhutto, from Noor Jahan to Bilquis Bano Edhi, from Arfa Karim to Malala Yousafzai, from Ayesha Farooq to Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, women have managed to showcase their talents, their will and ambitions in the best possible way.

Women have never been any less daring, vibrant, and talented than men in every walk of life but it remains a very unfortunate fact that all their efforts were mostly degraded and discouraged in the past.

Luckily, now, when the struggle for recognition and fair share of rights reached its climax, women have finally managed to succeed after passage of the Women’s Protection Bill.

Triumphed, flourishing, influencing, women are all set to conquer the world. It’s them who proved efficaciously that biryani is not all they can do, proved that a housewife is not only what they can be. The world is theirs for the taking. Ready, they are for the flight. All they ask for, is not to cut their wings.
