Policeman shot dead in Quetta

QUETTA: Unknown gunmen shot dead a head constable at Kachibaig near Sariab area of provincial capital on Saturday. Police sources said that the head constable Saeed Ahmad was on way to somewhere when armed assailants riding a motorbike opened fire at him and fled from the scene. As a result, he died on the spot after receiving multiple bullet wounds. The body of deceased was shifted to civil hospital for legal formalities. Police cordoned off the entire area and started search to arrest suspects.
