ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a final notice to the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) for cancellation of a plot where its headquarters building is situated. The building located in sector G7 is under the use of IESCO for the last 20 years. Sources said that the plot was allotted for construction of a school while IESCO built its headquarters there, which is a clear violation of rules and regulations. The CDA had repeatedly issued notices to IESCO but it did not responded. Now, the CDA has issued a final notice and would seal the building within seven days after issuance of notice if it did not get a reply from the IESCO.
