Three Afghan women held with fake UK passports

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested three Afghan women with fake United Kingdom (UK) passports. FIA officials said that during search at Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad, three Afghan women leaving from England were found possessing fake UK passports and Afghan passports. The FIA said that Raheela, Nabeela and Aguzara had acquired the boarding passes on Kabul tickets. Fake UK passports, Afghan passports and boarding cards were seized from them.

Robbers held: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) Islamabad has arrested two robbers involved in snatching valuables from people at gun point.

Following directions of Operations SSP Sajid Kiani, CIA team arrested the two robbers identified as Khalid alias Don and Sheikh Mehmud alias Sheikh Nadeem. During preliminary investigation, the suspects confessed to robbing houses in Sector I-8/2. Police seized four mobile phones and cash from their possession. Kiani has appreciated this performance of the team.

Woman commits suicide: A woman committed suicide by swallowing poisonous pills in Nasirabad Police precincts.

According to details, one of the residents of the area lodged a complaint with police that Aasia used to have frequent quarrels with her husband. “She had another row with her husband on Tuesday. Later, she took poisonous pills. She was taken to a hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead on arrival,” police was informed.
