KARACHI: A Husband killed a newly married wife over domestic tussle by throttling her head with a stone on Monday in the remit of City railway colony meanwhile a bullet riddled dead body of young lady was found from near Malir River.
Kharadar police had received the information of a murder incident in a house located in city railway colony near II Chundrigar Road at midnight hours of Sunday, upon reaching the spot the police team came to know about that an accused Taj Mohammad had fled away from his house after smashing the head of his wife 30 year N by stone to death.
According to the SHO Ali Raza Laghari the police took the dead body of deceased woman and shifted it to the Civil Hospital for autopsy.
Initial investigation by police suggested that both were married seven months ago but had continuous issues with each other, this information was gatherer according to the statements recorded by the police of relatives of deceased and murderer.
Police has registered a case and initiated a search to arrest the culprit.
Meanwhile a dead body of a 30 year woman was found from a desolated area near Malir River Alfalah Colony, who had been kidnapped and was shot killed after brutal torture.
SHO Sarfraz of Alfalah Police station told that police upon receiving the information about the dead body took into custody and shifted to the Jinnah Hospital.
” There is one bullet mark on her head but body is bearing several marks of severe torture, which is suggesting that she might be kidnapped by unknown persons and then subjected to brutal torture before killing her” he added.
The identification of deceased could not be verifies therefore the dead body was shifted to the Edhi Mortuary.
