G7 school boundary wall repair work begins

ISLAMABAD: The repair work of boundary wall of a public school in sector G7 was initiated by the school management.

The major portion of wall of the school was in dilapidated condition. The school management said that the repairing and reconstruction of the wall would be completed as soon as possible.

A schoolteacher Farzana Hameed said that the reconstruction of the wall got delayed but now the work has been started. A student Fayyaz Khan said, “The open ground of the school was being used by children of neighboring localities as playground when it was in broken condition”.

An official of Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) said that the government has allocated funds for the repairing of the schools across the capital city adding that all the schools would be repaired and reconstructed.
