Rehman Malik leaves for London to meet Zardari

ISLAMABAD: Senator Rehman Malik has said it will be decided in London if any meeting of Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif will take place or otherwise.

“Asif Ali Zardari is in London in connection with his medical treatment. PM Nawaz Sharif has also gone to London due to his ailment. If Asif Zardari meeting with Nawaz Sharif will be held or otherwise, it is to be decided in London,” he said this while talking to media men at Benazir International Airport before leaving for London on Saturday.

“Asif Ali Zardari has called me in London and I am proceeding on his call. Matters related to political situation, party and Panama leaks will come under discussion during the meeting,” he told the newsmen.

He went on to say that Imran Khan is also in London and he (Khan) has not told why he has come to London,” he said.

To a question from a journalist that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has also gone abroad, he said, “Maulana Sahib should also come to London as all politicians are going to London because of its cool weather.”
