PSP announces opening of Lahore office

KARACHI – Pak Sarzemeen Party (PSP) leader Raza Haroon announced that his party would open its first office in Lahore on Saturday.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Raza said that he along with Iftikhar Randhawa would go to Lahore tomorrow (Saturday) and open their first office of Punjab on Airport Road in Lahore. “We have received tremendous response from Lahore, where people want to join our cause,” he said.

A PSP delegation, would also visit Balochistan to mobilise support for the party. “We will build party’s basic organizational structure in Balochistan from Quetta,” he said, adding that PSP would also launch political activities in Sukkur.

The PSP was founded by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) dissidents led by former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal and Anis Qaimkhani. MQM leaders Anis Advocate, Dr Saghir Ahmed, Bilquis Mukhtar and Iftikhar Alam and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Hafeezud Din have joined the PSP.
