Dr. Ramesh Kumar appointed as head of NACP

On Tuesday, Dr Ramesh Kumar has been appointed as new NACP head, Daily Times reported.

Ramesh has replaced Dr Ayesha Isani Majeed, who was heading the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP). In this regard, the Ministry of Health issued a notification on Tuesday.

Dr Ramesh is presently serving as an associate professor at the Health Services Academy.
