QUETTA – Balochistan National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Friday raided finance department and arrested several officers including Finance Secretary Mushtaq Raisani over corruption accusation.
According to details, NAB raided the department located in civil secretariat and confiscated all the records. The workers of the department protested over the raid and raised intense slogans against NAB.
The NAB spokesperson said that Raisani is involved in corruption worth millions of rupees in Public Sector Development Programmes (PSDP) local government funds of 2015-16. Moreover, NAB has also sealed all the rooms of the finance department.
