SHO Ghulam Sarwar told journalists that 25-year-old Parveen Rajput and Muhammad Bux Jamali were killed in the name of honour by the woman’s brother-in-law. He stated that Ghulam Muhammad Rajput surrendered himself to the police with a gun and confessed to the double murder.
