Commending the concept of an online one-window marketplace and services to help to do business, the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) president Mian Nasser Hyatt Maggo on Friday heartily welcomed Pakistan’s first-of-its-kind and world-class business portal – PakBiz – where all information will be available regarding business offers to the world on a single click. Speaking at a pre-launch event, Mian Nasser Hyatt Maggo said it was long-awaited and expressed his best wishes to the leading business and marketing minds behind the effort particularly Zeeshan Aziz, Tauseef Aziz, Junaid Faridi, and Haris Jaffer. It is worth mentioning that PAKBIZ is the fastest-growing B2B marketplace. A platform for buyers and suppliers where thousands of small and medium size businesses feel free to contact each other for their business needs.

FPCCI vice president Hanif Lakhany also spoke at the event and said the FPCCI will support the initiative and will encourage all its members nationwide to make full use of the facility and enjoy the perks the platform offers. Lakhany added that the government should also support the initiative as the businessmen and exporters of the country have the potential to sell globally in currently untapped markets and sectors, and bring precious foreign exchange to Pakistan.

Former president of FPCCI Mian Anjum Nisar also expressed his trust in the initiative and said this initiative can help increase the exports of Pakistan through connecting the suppliers in Pakistan to the importers worldwide. FPCCI is always willing to support the digitisation and internationalisation of Pakistani businesses to help them optimise their operations and maximise their revenue potentials, the FPCCI official statement said.
