Quality rankings

Author: Daily Times

Sir: Pakistan’s higher education system has achieved an embarrassing score of 9.2 in the QS Higher Education System Strength Rankings 2016 which placed the country at the bottom of the table.

We are destined to be doomed owing to the 2.49% (of GDP) spending on education and the low standard of quality education in our institutions, which produce illiterates at an alarming rate.
