Religion by force

Author: Daily Times

Sir: It should be my choice to practice my beliefs as per my religion. A religion is a complete way of life whether it is Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism or any other religion. Every individual has a right to live his life according to his own choice. Nobody can force any person to adopt any particular religion against his will.

The best example we have in this scenario is Islam, which is a religion of peace for humanity. But unfortunately, a draconian situation exists in Sindh, where Hindu women are forced to convert to Islam, which is totally against the Islamic laws and values.

One who does such things is not sincere with his religion. So if someone wants to take people to the path of Allah, he should do it by his own example through good deeds. Islam is a religion of love and peace. The Muslims in the world should respect this fact.
