Two suspected militants arrested in KP: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Security forces averted a terrorist attempt by arresting two suspected militants in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Sunday.

The arrests were made during two intelligence-based operations in the villages of Karebai Oghi and Charangada near Mansehra, an ISPR statement said.

A 20 kilogram pressure cooker improvised explosive device, hand grenades, pistols, an AK-47 rifle and rockets were recovered from the suspects, ISPR said.
