Humanitarian services of Abdul Sattar Edhi praised

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that Abdul Sattar Edhi is a ‘Superman’ who has served humanity selflessly. The chief minister said that Edhi is considered as an international personality and his services are beyond the borders of nationality, religion or sectarian identity adding that he rushes where he feels people are in pain and problems. He said this while talking to media just after inquiring the health of Abdul Sattar Edhi at his residence at Kharadar where Balqees Edhi and Faisal Edhi received the chief minister and his family members including his wife and daughters. The chief minister said that the people like Abdul Sattar Edhi are rarely born in centuries. He said Abdul Sattar Edhi is the identity of Pakistan abroad and also a Masiha in the country. He further said, “May God give him good health and the prayers of whole nation are with him.” Pointing towards Faisal Edhi, the chief minister said, “He is a so fortunate person that he is the son of Abdul Sattar Edhi. The CM said, “This is something very encouraging that Almighty Allah has bestowed Pakistan, particularly Sindh with a great man like Abdul Sattar Edhi and also filled the same love and paid for humanity in the hearts of his family members, wife and his sons, which flourish in his heart and soul.” Earlier, the chief minister inquired the health of Abdul Satttar Edhi who was sitting on wheel chair nearby him. The chief minister and his wife presented a bouquet of flower to him and prayed for his long life.
