PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday removed a senior civil judge from service on charges of ‘misconduct and corruption.’ A communiqué issued from the office of the registrar of the PHC said that Senior Civil Judge, Battagram, Muhammad Nadeem, was removed from service after he failed to submit a satisfactory explanation to a show cause notice served on him. The judicial officer was removed from office under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2011.
