ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has maintained verdict of a service tribunal while rejecting the appeal of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Director Raza Khan in service structure case of NAB.

A two-member bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed heard the case which stated that NAB employees are not civil employees.

While arguing in the court, Deputy Prosecutor General Chaudhry Sadiq said that employees under Section D-280 of NAB rules are not civil. The court while turning down the application asserted the verdict of service tribunal.

Raza has challenged the decision of service tribunal about the service structure of employees of the authority.
