Sir: Despite being the second largest city of Baluchistan, Turbat has only one Nadra office. People come from several villages for receiving their CNIC and B-form. I had to face a lot of troubles when I was visiting the office to collect my smart card.
Due to lack of facilities and overcrowding, people have to suffer a great deal by standing in long queues. Sometimes, people are forced to return again and again from far away areas for minuscule tasks. There are no seating facilities, and the elder people have to go through the gruesome exercise. There is no access to drinking water and other essential services.
The conditions are even worse during summers as people collapse in the queues due to immense heat. Therefore, I sincerely request the authorities to look into the matter to alleviate people of their miseries by at least providing necessary facilities at NADRA office.
