ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali has taken suo motu notice under Article 184(3) of the Constitution of Pakistan on a report submitted through Registrar High Court of Balochistan, Quetta. The issue relates to poor condition of Sandeman Provincial Hospital, Quetta and the facilities being provided in this Hospital to the patients. Taking notice of the issue, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan has directed the office to fix the case in Court for 07.06.2016 before bench No.1, with a notice to Attorney General for Pakistan, Advocate General Balochistan and Secretary Health Balochistan.
