Ahsan Iqbal inaugurates Soutul Quran Radio

FAISALABAD: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Ahsan Iqbal inaugurated a radio channel ‘Soutul Quran’ at Radio Pakistan Office D-Ground on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister appreciated the starting of the channel from here and said, “The holy Quran is a complete code of life and as long as the Muslims acted upon teachings of the holy Quran, they ruled over the world.” He said that the Soutul Quran channel had begun since last Ramazanul Mubarak and now its scope was being widened to other cities.

Radio Pakistan Director General Saba Mohsan Raza said that Soutul Quran channel would broadcast its programmes from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm. Parliamentarians Khalida Mansoor and Najma Afzal were also present in addition to some trade leaders.
