ISLAMABAD: Ukraine-Pakistani political dialogue to develop bilateral cooperation was held in Ukrainian capital Kiev. According to a news release received here on Tuesday, the Ukrainian side was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergiy Kyslytsya and while Pakistan was represented by Additional Secretary (Europe) of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Rafiuzzaman Siddiqui. “Further development of political dialogue, expansion of cooperation in trade and economic fields, as well as cooperation within international organisations, in particular within the UN, topped the agenda,” said the news release. Both sides emphasised the necessity to consolidate international efforts with regard to the modern challenges, especially combating terrorism.The sides exchanged views on the situation in Ukraine and South Asia.
