QUETTA: Turbat on Monday experienced the hottest day with temperatures as high as 47oC. It was the highest maximum temperature recorded in Balochistan. The temperature recorded in cities was: 44oC in Nokundi, 43oC in Dalbandin, 42oC in Panjgur, 41oC in Lasbela, 38oC in Gwadar, 40oC in Khuzdar and 28oC in Ziarat. Meanwhile, the Met Office forecast thunderstorms with chances of rain for northern and eastern Balochistan during next two days.
