PHC CJ orders transfer, posting of two judges

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) chief justice has ordered the posting/transfer of two judicial officers with immediate effect.

As per details, Swabi District and Sessions Judge Ishtiaq Ahmad has been transferred and posted as the PHC registrar, while Swabi Additional District and Sessions Judge Asif Rashid has been autorised to look after the administrative work under Judicial (Civil and Criminal) matter, and to act as drawing and disbursing officer pertaining to the vacant court of distrct and session judge Swabi till further orders.
