Six killed in bus-truck collision in Sahiwal

SAHIWAL: At least six people were killed and 30 others sustained injuries in a head-on collision between a passenger bus and truck here early on Thursday.

Rescue sources said the passenger bus collided with a truck while turning at a round-about near 134/9 bridge. As a result six people died and 30 others including children sustained injuries and were shifted to district headquarters hospital. The ill-fated passenger bus was going to Lahore from Panu Aqil.
