Punjab thermal power project to be functional by year-end: Hammad

Minister for Energy Hammad Azhar has said that Punjab Thermal Power Project will be operationalised by the end of this year. Speaking at the financial close ceremony of Punjab Thermal Power Project on Friday, the energy minister said that the project will prove to be helpful in improving and stabilising power transmission in Faisalabad. He said that power plant will help generate 1200 megawatt electricity.
