RAWALPINDI: The traditional slackness, negligence and lack of interest by the Rawalpindi Police has retarded the pace of sending complete challans of cases amid the reports that 30 police stations of this district have sent complete challans of only 2748 cases out of 7071 cases during five months of this year.
