Bakhtawar, Aseefa visit BB’s grave

LARKANA: Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari and Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, the daughters of martyred Benazir Bhutto on Tuesday, arrived in Larkana to participate in the 63rd birthday commemoration of their martyred mother Benazir Bhutto.

They reached at Garhi Khuda Bux from Naundero and offered prayers at the graves of all Bhutto leaders, including their mother, during which entire mausoleum was got vacated by the police in the wake of security measure. Police was also deployed along all roads leading to Naundero from Mohenjo Daro airport.

Both the daughters Benazir Bhutto recited verses for the peace of departed soul and laid floral wreaths on her grave. Pakistan People’s Party in Naudero organised the events of Quran Khuwani and Dua at Bhutto House, where 63 pound cake was cut by PPP leaders and party workers followed by an iftar dinner.

Parliamentarians, minister and several PPP leaders and workers participated in gathering to pay glowing tributes to Benazir Bhutto on her 63rd birth anniversary.

They reaffirmed their commitment to follow the philosophy of Benazir Bhutto and act upon her guidelines and political principles.

Besides, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah along with his cabinet members, and central PPP leaders and PPP workers and local party leaders expected to reach Naudero to pay tribute to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
