PPP never spoke against judiciary, says Murad

SHIKARPUR: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah visited Qazi Naeem Akbar and Qazi Faisal Jaan to offer condolence over demise of their father Qazi Hafeezul Rahman, the senior PPP leader on Saturday.

Syed Murad Ali Shah along with PPP MNA Aftab Shahban Mirani, PPP MPA Manzoor Wasan and PPP MPA Dr Sikandar Ali Mendhro, former MPA Agha Taimoor Khan and other were with him.

Replying to a question Mr Shah said PPP is Democratic Party therefore several anti PPP alliances and parties against PPP had made, but all they have been defeated with the support of votes and upcoming general election would be won by PPP with the support of people of Sindh.

Replying to another question, he said that PPP respects Judiciary and PPP leaders have never spoke against Judiciary even Shaheed Bhutto was in jail and PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari was in jail for years.

Also, it is prime responsibility of provincial government to main law and order situation in province and now law and order situation is better now.

Murad Ali Shah said that despite their protests the performance of K-Electric, HESCO and SEPCO was not satisfactory adding he asked them to mend their ways while Sindh has 70% Gas and other resources and PPP government would not bear injustice with people of Sindh.

On complaints of the journalist about poor performance of Civil Hospital Shikarpur, he directed Health Minister Sikandar Mandhero to look into the matter.
