Three dead, 18 injured in Quetta blast

Quetta: At least three persons were killed and 18 others injured after a bicycle exploded in the Almo Chowk area here on Friday afternoon, a private news channel reported.

According to details, police and rescue teams reached the site and shifted the injured to the Bolan Medical Complex after cordoning off the area. There were also reports of property damage.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility but Balochistan, which borders Iran and Afghanistan, has been the target of Taliban and sectarian attacks.
