MUMBAI: The first poster of the Sonakshi Sinha-starrer Akira was unveiled on Tuesday June 28. The Dabangg actress has been portrayed in an uncharacteristic fierce avatar. Along with Sonakshi, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and Konkona Sen Sharma can also be seen on the poster.
Sonakshi tweeted out the poster with the caption: “She will fight back. No one will be forgiven! Heres the 1st poster of #Akira & more good news: #AkiraTrailerOnJuly4”
Directed by AR Murugadoss, Akira is an action drama with the tag line “No one will be forgiven”. The film is a remake of the 2011 Tamil film Mouna Guru.
Sonakshi also announced that the Akira trailer will be out on July 4. Previously, the actress had shared a teaser poster of the film as well as the new release date, September 2.
