QUETTA: An Accountability Court Thursday re-issued warrants to arrest former minister Asfand Yar Kakar and Procurement Centre in-charge Shakar Khan in a wheat scandal case.
A spokesman for the National Accountability Bureau said that Judge Abdul Majeed Nasar conducted hearing into the Balochistan wheat embezzlement case and re-issued warrants to arrest the two persons.
“Warrants have been re-issued to arrest former food minister Asfand Yar Kakar and PRC in-charge Shakar Khan for their alleged involvement in massive financial corruption,” he said.
