SHIKARPUR: Around twelve villagers injured by firing in separate incidents took place in district Shikarpur on Sunday.
Around eight villagers’ sustained severe wounds in a clash erupted between two groups of Mahar Tribe at village Ghanghai Mahar over the ownership of half and one acre land in the jurisdiction of Chak police station.
The area police moved the injured to Chak Rural Health Centre for medical treatment. The condition of the injured villagers was said to be out of danger.
Another ongoing dispute between two groups of Saad Khanani Jatoi and Badani Jatoi families exchanged firing and injured four. This dispute has already taken fifteen lives. FIRs were not registered, so no arrest was made till filing the story.
