She has also terminated the legal right of pension of the permanent retired employees. First of all she reshuffled almost all the staff that was serving in Lok Virsa since long by transferring them from one section to another. She also fired several employees without any major reason. The employees union has protested against these actions, but it backfired and Dr Fauzia fired the protesters. Sources said Dr Fauzia has also employed some of her friends in the organisation.

They are working for her personal NGOs, namely Bedari, Mehar Garh and Asha, but getting pay and allowances from the national kitty. The total number of permanent employees of Lok Virsa is 66, but she inducted 25 more people and appointed additional 17 of her close friends in BPS-17 and above grade by advertising the posts on Facebook. She signed several illegal MoUs with different NGOs without getting approval from Information Ministry and Economic Affairs Division. It has been claimed that she also assigned important tasks to some anti-Pakistan NGOs.

A majority of Lok Virsa employees have appealed to Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan to take immediate action over the issue so that the NGOs which are working against the interests of Pakistan could be stopped. When contacted, Dr Fauzia said she would fire all those employees who do not work. She claimed she has brought forward hardworking employees. She denied committing corruption.
