The court fixed October 31st next date of hearing.

Uxi Mufti was the head of Lok Virsa until 2006. Dr Fouzia Saeed also remained Executive Director Lok Virsa from February 2015 to 2018 and made outstanding contributions during her term. Dr Fouzia has asked him to bring evidence to the right forum instead of mongering rumors and spreading false statements on social media about her. Dr Saeed has also reported the mater to cyber-crime wing Federal Investigation Agency of a few weeks ago and sent him a legal notice through her lawyer. She demanded him to publicly apologize. Now she has filed a case against him for defamation and pay damages of Rs. 25 million.
