Bizenjo ‘s cousin gunned down in Hub

LASBELA: A personnel of Levies Force and the cousin of Balochistan lawmaker and former Assembly deputy speaker Mir Abdul Quddoos Bizenjo was gunned down by unknown armed men in Hub, industrial town of Lasbela district, on Wednesday night.

The police sources said that the victim, Mir Bashir Bizenjo was standing near a restaurant in Asad Chowk area of Hub town when unknown armed men riding a motorcycle opened indiscriminate fire at him, leaving him critically injured. The assailants managed to escape from the scene.

The injured succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital. There was no immediate claim for responsibility of the killing. The law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the entire area to trace the suspects. Further probe was underway.
