ISLAMABAD: Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani reiterating his appeal to the people of occupied territory to strictly follow the joint programme of the pro-freedom leadership, has said that dozens of Indian secret agencies are using different means to sabotage Kashmiris’ freedom movement.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Syed Ali Gilani said this while addressing people outside his residence in Srinagar. “These agencies are spending millions of dollars to buy the people’s sentiments but we have to defeat their plans and carry on the mission of our martyrs,” he said.

Syed Ali Gilani, who was arrested by a large contingent of police as he stepped outside to proceed towards Kulgam said, “Kashmir’s struggle doesn’t belong to any particular section or the sect but it is a joint movement of the all the people of this disputed region. Our peaceful programs are being dealt with extreme force and pressure by the forces.”

He said that Indian forces were themselves vitiating the peaceful atmosphere in the territory. “Jammu and Kashmir is presenting a view of a major prison where people are suffering at the hands of the Indian forces and the police,” he said.”

Syed Ali Gilani said, “New Delhi is using the policy of `accuse and kill’ in Kashmir because it knows that the Jammu and Kashmir is slipping from its hands.” “The wicked policies of India have now got exposed on the international levels and the voices are now being raised from everywhere in the world in support of the Kashmiris and against the barbarism of Indian forces in the region,” he added.
