Shehzad Roy set to make acting debut in ‘Alif Noon’ remake

Pakistani singer, humanitarian and activist Shehzad Roy is all set to make his acting debut in the remake of 1965 sitcom Alif Noon.

The singer took to Instagram and shared video clip of old Alif Noon, stating, “Lots of issues triggered the song Laga Reh. Now this video explains why we (Faisal Qureshi) are making the movie Alif Noon.”

“I am so excited to act in it. This issue is still hot and relevant,” he further added.

It is to be mentioned here that the original Alif Noon had famous actors Kamaal Ahmed Rizvi as Allan, and Rafi Khawar as Nanha in lead roles.
