SC adjourns hearing of marking of Bani Gala botanical garden boundary

The Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned the hearing of case regarding marking of Bani Gala botanical garden boundary till next Friday on the request of Additional Attorney General (AAG). A three-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Umar Atta Bandial took up the case for hearing Friday.

AAG took the plea before the court some documents have not been provided by Punjab government. The hearing of the case be adjourned till the provision of documents by Punjab government.

The court while ordering the additional advocate general Punjab for providing the documents adjourned the hearing of the case till next Friday.
