LARAKANA: Rangers vehicle was attacked in Larkana on Saturday that resulted in killing one official ranger along with 14 injured in which five were rangers.
According to sources, two explosions took place at Rangers check-post on Miro Khan Road on Saturday in Larkana. The bombs were tied on a bicycle that was parked right outside Rangers Headquarters.
The injured victims have been shifter to a near-by hospital for quick treatment while one Ranger couldn’t survive the injuries and died on the spot. One more official is reported to be in a critical condition.
A search operation by police carried out right after the blasts in the area, in which they arrested two suspects.
A bomb disposal squad from Sukkur has reached the spot to determine the nature of the bombs. The newly-elected chief minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah took a strong notice of the attack. He telephoned DIG Larkana Abdullah Shaikh and directed him to bring all those involved in the attack to justice and report to him as soon as possible.
