LAHORE: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and the local SHO, in a jointly prepared report submitted to a court on Saturday, stated that the former president and army chief general Pervez Musharraf has no property in DHA Lahore.
A session judge in Lahore had received the special court’s orders of confiscating Musharraf’s property in Lahore. The judge issued a notice to the SHO of Defence and ordered him to submit details of Musharraf’s property in the area.
The report, which was presented to the judge, states that the ex-military general has no property in the historic city. The session court has issued orders to forward the report to the special court which is hearing the violation of the constitution case against Musharraf.
It should be noted that the special court in its 19th July hearing had issued orders to freeze Musharraf’s bank accounts and confiscate his property.
