Two shot dead in Quetta

QUETTA: Two people were shot dead by an unidentified man at Saryaab road on Monday, sources reported.

According to police, the incident took place at Saryaab Road when unidentified assailants opened fire on an auto rickhshaw vehicle, leaving two people dead.

The dead bodies were shifted to the Civil Hospital and the victims were identified as Ghulam Nabi and Muhammad Nabi, both residents of Alamdar Road. Further investigation with regard to the case is in process. Earlier, four personnel of Frontier Corps were also targeted in a terrorist activity on June 29 in Quetta.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri condemned the attack and expressed his grief at the loss of lives in the incident. Zehri called for the immediate arrest of those involved in the terrorist attack.
