Chief Justice Islamabad High Court justice Athar Minallah heard the case.
During the Hearing the counsel for the petitioner told the court that he had earlier filed a petition on which the court directed him to approach the concerned institution.
He said that the government was not showing seriousness in the matter of opening of educational institutions .
Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that this court could not issue any order on the basis of presumption.
Justice Athar Minallah said it could not be possible that such an important matter of public interest was not in the view of the executive.
He further said that it is the job of the executive, it is their responsibility and let them do their job.
He said it is policy matter and the court does not interfere in such matters.
The Islamabad High Court after hearing the arguments of the petitioner’s counsel dismissed the petition.
