KARACHI: Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Law Enquiries and Anti Corruption Establishment, Barrister Murtaza Wahab Siddiqi has said transparency and good governance are top priorities of the Sindh government, besides elimination of corruption.
He also directed Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Chairman Ghulam Qadir Thebo to take strict legal action against corrupt elements to set example
for others.
The provincial adviser observed this in a preliminary meeting of the Sindh Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment, said a statement on Monday.
Ghulam Qadir Thebo also briefed the adviser with the help of maps and charts on
the enquiries.
The adviser also directed the officials to perform their duties with dedication, honesty and devotion and without any fear and favour. He also directed the officials and staffers to strictly observe duty timings.
