They were of the view that due importance gives to the recommendations of elected representatives in the development projects of the Punjab. Usman Buzdar welcomed the visit of members of the National Assembly and said that all the MNAs are extremely respectful for him and their confidence and trust is an honour for him. He said that the doors of the Chief Minister’s Office are open for all. He said that the development journey of Punjab is being taken ahead with consultation of the assembly members. He assured that due importance is being given to the opinion of MNAs besides MPAs. Development budget of the Punjab was increased despite of difficult circumstances. He said that different development projects will be completed with the consultation of public representatives. He said that assembly members are parts and parcel and their genuine work will be done on priority basis. He said that the dignity of the assembly members will not be diminished.
He further maintained that PTI is resolving the errors and omissions of previous governments. He said that the country deviated from its original destination due to the wrong policies of the former rulers. National resources were badly utilized for the self-projection. PTI government has focused on resolving the basic problems of the people. The PTI government believes in equal development of all areas. Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaisar said that we have taken the country ahead according to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Process of such meetings between Punjab government and Member National Assembly will remain continue. Chief Minister Usman Bazdar went to each member of the National Assembly one by one and inquired about them. Members of the National Assembly apprised the Chief Minister about the problems of their constituencies. Members of the National Assembly presented suggestions on development plans and schemes in their constituencies.
