Doctor’s ‘negligence’ takes baby’s life

SUKKUR: The residents of Makka Mohalla held a demonstration on Thursday against the negligence of doctors. Anwar Shah, father of a child who died, told Media that a doctor administered a wrong injection to his young daughter Shaheen. With the injection, the condition of the baby deteriorated and she died later. He said that she was four months old and was brought to civil hospital Sukkur for treatment of pneumonia. The protesters appealed to the higher authorities to provide them justice by taking action against the medical staff.
