PTI, AML chiefs visit Quetta, express solidarity with terror attack victims

QUETTA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan arrived here on Tuesday to express solidarity with the victims of Monday’s suicide bombing attack.

He started ‘Ehtesaab (accountability) rally’ in Peshawar on August 7 and announced to arrive in Islamabad on August 14. However due to the horrific Quetta massacre he decided to visit Quetta before continuing his journey to Islamabad.

Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed also arrived in Quetta and also held press conference. He said that he pays homage to the Pakistani media and expressed deepest grievance on the carnage that took place at Quetta Civil Hospital on August 8.
