The Railway station of Chakwal city is deserted. A private company has started construction project at Dhadial claiming that they have leased this land.

Influential people of the city have started occupying valuable Railway lands in Chakwal city with the connivance of Railway Department officials and Railway police. During the survey, it was revealed that Chakwal Police Department has started business near the old ancient gate on Chakwal Tala Gang Road. One Five(15) has set up an office by occupying the Railway lands. Similarly, the Municipal Committee has set up an Allied Park on the Railway lands.

The Reconstruction plan of 63 km Railway line from Mandra to Bhoon is under consideration. After completion of this project, Bhoon Railway line will be merged with Khushab Railway Trake. In the past, the Railway line covering 63 km from Mandra to Bhoon was uprooted. Was sold.
