BADIN: More than 80 government schools in taluka Badin, Shaheed Fazal Rahu and Tando Bago are still submerged in rainwater following showers several days back, hampering smooth academic activities and putting lives of students and teachers in danger.
According to the report, school buildings of government Boys High School Agrovil Colony, Girls High School Agrovil Colony, Girls and Boys Primary school Agrovil Colony, School for special children Badin, Laar University Badin, Primary School Ali Ahmed Jamali Kadhan, Primary School Lakha Dino Mehranpoto, Primary School Saleh Soomro, Primary School Jokhio Village, Primary School Sodo Kadhan and others were still under stinky rainwater. No effort has so far been initiated to drain-out stinky rainwater from these school buildings by the district administration showing severe negligence on their part.
The teachers and students of these schools are under agony but the administration and education department were paying no heed to resolving their problems.
