Security forces kill three terrorists in Quetta

QUETTA: Three terrorists were killed in exchange of firing with security forces at Sariyab road in Quetta today.

According to reports, the terrorists were killed when they were challenged by security forces, during an operation. Two security forces personnel were also injured in the fighting.

Meanwhile, the police foiled a bid to blast a power pylon in Noshki and recovered two bombs, which were defused by the bomb disposal squad (BDS) today.

Police officials said that over suspicion about land dug out near electricity tower in main town of Noskhi, they reached the scene along with BDS. During search two locally manufactured bombs buried in the base of the pylon were recovered, which were later defused by BDS.

The police cordoned off the area after the recovery of bombs and conducted search operation, but no arrest could be made.
